Service Catalogue · 2026.06

End-to-end engineering for the local-first era.

From product concept and visual identity to native engineering, ad mediation integration, and full-spectrum privacy compliance — our services cover every layer of the modern digital product stack.

// Service pillars

Four service verticals, one coherent stack.

We organise our capabilities into four tightly integrated service lines. Each is delivered by a dedicated sub-team, but orchestrated under a single engineering philosophy and quality bar.

// S1

Native App Engineering

iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit), Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), watchOS, macOS, and visionOS. Cross-platform via Kotlin Multiplatform and Rust when justified. We deliver from first prototype to App Store launch and ongoing maintenance.

// S2

Programmatic Engines

Real-time audio DSP, procedural graphics, on-device ML, generative content systems. We build engines that produce infinite variety from finite code — used in our own products and licensed to select partners.

// S3

Ad Mediation & IAA

Complete in-app advertising mediation stack: AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, Mintegral, InMobi, Chartboost, Vungle, Liftoff. Open-screen, rewarded, interstitial, banner, native, playable, offerwall.

// S4

Privacy & Compliance

GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, LGPD, PIPL, DPDP, and the 2026 DSA. We architect privacy into the codebase, manage consent flows (Google UMP, Didomi, OneTrust, IAB TCF v2.2), and run periodic compliance audits.

// Product matrix

The complete app catalogue.

Fourteen live products across six lifestyle verticals. Each app follows our local-first architecture: data stays on your device, premium features remain available offline, and no account is required to start.

// Engagement

How we engage.

Three engagement models adapted to different client needs. Every project starts with a free 30-minute discovery call to align on scope and budget.

Sprint · 2–4 weeks

A focused engagement for well-defined deliverables: an MVP slice, a privacy audit, an ad mediation integration, or a performance audit. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Studio Retainer RECOMMENDED

A monthly engagement where a small dedicated squad (designer, iOS engineer, Android engineer, QA) ships continuously against a rolling roadmap. Minimum 3 months.

Equity / Royalty Partnership

For high-conviction consumer products, we co-build in exchange for equity or revenue share. We invest our engineering capacity in projects we believe in.

// Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Yes. Approximately 62% of our revenue comes from outside the United States, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. We adapt to local time zones and have native-level speakers of English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin in our team.
Our smallest engagement is a 2-week sprint starting at $14,800 USD. Most clients are on a Studio Retainer starting at $28,000 USD per month. We do not take on one-off tweaks or quick-fix work, because small engagements rarely justify the context-switching cost for both parties.
Yes. For Sprint and Studio Retainer engagements, all work product is owned by the client from day one. Source code is committed to your GitHub or GitLab repository under your organisation, documentation is delivered in your wiki, and all third-party licences are transferred at handover.
All IAP revenue is paid directly to your App Store / Google Play account — we never touch your funds. For ad mediation, we configure the SDKs, set up the bidding waterfall, and pass dashboard access to you. We can either run ongoing optimisation under a retainer or hand over full control to your UA team at the end of the engagement.
Our compliance playbook is built into every project from day one. We maintain a region matrix that maps each data point to its lawful basis under GDPR, the disclosure requirement under CPRA, the opt-out requirement under VCDPA, and the localisation requirement under LGPD, DPDP, and PIPL. The result is a single, versioned privacy notice and a configurable consent layer that adapts to the user jurisdiction automatically.
We are fully aligned with the 2026 DSA transparency requirements. For products that host user-generated content, we implement the AI + human moderation stack, the notice-and-action mechanism, the public complaint handling process, and the mandatory transparency reporting. We also publish our advertising delivery rules and content recommendation logic in a machine-readable format, as required.
// Let's begin

Discovery call: 30 minutes, no obligation.

Tell us about the product, the team, and the constraint. We will tell you what we would do, what it would cost, and what it would not. We respect your time enough to not send you a 40-page proposal before we have spoken.
